From October 13 to 14 40 ECCAR cities, UNESCO representatives, experts and young people from all across Europe joined this years General Assembly and Steering Committee under the slogan "The Others of the City" hosted by the ECCAR vice-presidency Kadıköy Belediyesi that sent an important sign to combat racism to create #citiesforusall.
