The Metropolitan City of Rome Capital has set among its priorities the aspiration to present itself as a metropolis that values differences, considering the encounter between the different cultures that coexist in its territory unmissable opportunities for growth and exchange.

It is in this context that the idea of a 'Metropolitan Table of Coexistence' was born, a new  governance tool aimed at fostering a radical change for an open society based on cultural pluralism, albeit aware of the complexity of individual identities.

It aspires, therefore, to create a 'City of Coexistence', which gives space to everyone in their diversity and uniqueness, which aims at the common good by providing valuable support especially to the most fragile groups, with whom, and not for whom, we are called upon to do our utmost in view of a truly inclusive society.
