Toulouse, the capital of the newly instated Occitanie Region of the Haute-Garonne Department and the headquarters of Toulouse Metropole, is the 4th largest city in France and is home to 466,297 inhabitants and over 100,000 students. Commonly known as the « Pink City » due to the plethora of red brick, Toulouse sports the traditional architecture found in southern France.
